How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Love Your Accountants App account in two ways:

Option 1 — In-App

1. Open the App and tap the Settings icon (cog, top right).
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request when prompted.

Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — By Email

Send an email to management@loveyouraccountants.com including:

• Your full name.
• The email address registered to your account.
• A clear request to delete your account.

Email requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user account and all associated personal data, including your email address.
• Your receipt history and all uploaded images.

Important Information

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Deleting your account revokes your App access immediately.
• Receipt images are deleted as part of the account deletion process in accordance with our 30-day data retention policy.
