A personal connection: where it all started

Cobham is also where Rob Young, our Managing Director, began his career in finance by working at a chartered accountancy firm supporting local businesses.

Whilst that was predominately before the tech era of video calls, he was used to meeting clients face to face and going to see them on site for audit work and that early experience - sitting with business owners, understanding how things really work day-to-day - still shapes how we work now.
